Our Four Phased Approach

  1. Business Analysis Phase – We meet to discuss your organizational needs and discuss industry best practices and recommendations.
  2. Planning Phase – We develop a list of action items, a timeline, and build out a project plan.
  3. Execute Phase – We optimize your system as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
  4. Review & Turnover – Final review to ensure everything is operating as expected. Documentation is finalized and transitioned to internal team members. 

Who you will be working with

I have spent the past 7 years of my career in the HRIS/Payroll trenches, working side-by-side with UKG customers helping businesses go live and optimize their environment. In addition, I worked with veteran UKG clients to assist with updating their system to adapt to their frequent organizational changes. I have a passion for empowering clients, resolving urgent issues, and working through various projects together ranging from mergers and acquisitions, new pay groups, banking changes, payroll processing, reporting, system analysis, and much more.
